About the Role
Clean Freaks is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our vibrant and growing team. This role is central to helping us deliver outstanding cleaning services that uphold our reputation for excellence and environmentally-friendly practices. You’ll play an integral part in transforming our customers’ homes into spotless, comfortable spaces, while representing the values of quality, integrity, and sustainability that define Clean Freaks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning services in residential properties, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning.
- Follow established environmentally friendly cleaning protocols using biodegradable products.
- Ensure all client instructions and individual needs are met with precision and care.
- Conduct quality checks to guarantee Clean Freaks’ high standards are upheld in every task.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good operating condition.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential. Full training provided!
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation to and from job locations.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
