Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning services in offices, retail spaces, and other commercial environments.
- Tasks include dusting, sweeping, floor polishing, sanitising high-touch surfaces, and rubbish removal.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and efficiently manage priorities to meet operational demands.
- Adhere to Clean Freaks’ eco-friendly policies by using sustainable products and methods in every task.
- Conduct regular stock and equipment checks, maintaining all tools in excellent working condition.
- Communicate effectively and courteously with clients to handle specific requests or feedback.
- Ensure all safety protocols and guidelines are followed during on-site cleaning activities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with the use of professional cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers or buffers, is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high standards.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to undertake cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing.
